Coastal House Washing’s team of experts uses a process called soft washing to safely clean your home’s exterior. It is a gentle, non-abrasive, and highly effective way to preserve all of your finished exterior surfaces, for years to come.
The soft wash process enables us to efficiently clean surfaces that require special care. By utilizing water pressure similar to that of a garden hose, you can be certain that only the desired materials are removed. We combine our superior washing equipment with specialized cleaners. Our proprietary mixture contains algaecides that kill the most stubborn of dirt, grime, and other environmental accumulations.
What is the difference between soft wash and power wash?
The difference between power washing and soft washing is all about the pressure used. Power washing relies on a highly-concentrated, high-pressure stream of water to blast away dirt. Coastal House Washing offers a service that we call “power washing,” which is ideal as a deep cleaning, high-pressure method for driveways, sidewalks, fences, and pool decks.
For surfaces that require extra care, our customized, proprietary cleaning solution combined with a low-pressure water stream, achieves the same clean, without the use of high pressure.
What surfaces require soft washing?
We recommend a soft wash for many residential surfaces, including:
